Just, you have to change your food habits, foods, lifestyle and with in a month, you will see a dramatic change in your health.You will feel much better. Your sugar level will be under control. If, you are taking any hypoglycaemic medicine,the doses may be reduced. By adopting regular changed- life style, foods, food habits  will almost cure diabetes in case of type II.
