Health Benefit of Almonds:
Almonds – a dry fruits -are commonly called as badam. It has more nutritious value. Almonds are high in protein; healthy fats- rich source of vitamins and minerals. It reduces bad cholesterol and triglyceride.
Ayurveda recommended almond is good for over all -health. The health benefits are wide and varied.
It can beaten raw, or can be soaked in plain simple water and eat. The Oil can also be sips with milk; can be used as massage for body and Hair.

Home Remedies for male sexual dysfunction/ impotency
• Mix two grams oil of oak (a medicinal plant swallow-wort) in oil of sesame, apply the mixture on the whole body.
• Put three drops of oak’s oil in batasha (a semi-spherical cake which is made of sugar and is very light and spongy). Eat it regularly for a month.
• Put two drops of oak’s milk in 100 grams of halwa (a type of sweet cuisine) of carrot, go for the mixture.
