Health Benefit of Almonds:
Almonds – a dry fruits -are commonly called as badam. It has more nutritious value. Almonds are high in protein; healthy fats- rich source of vitamins and minerals. It reduces bad cholesterol and triglyceride.
Ayurveda recommended almond is good for over all -health. The health benefits are wide and varied.
It can beaten raw, or can be soaked in plain simple water and eat. The Oil can also be sips with milk; can be used as massage for body and Hair.

This is also known as lady’s finger. The name OKRA is of West African origin. The Arabic”Bamyah” is the basis of the names in the Middle East, the Balkans, Turkey, Greece, North Africa and Russia. In Southern Asia, its name is usually a variant of “bhindi” or “vendi”.
