When itβs a question of personal cleanliness, there should be no compromises. Our body has natural processes to flush out the toxins from the body like sweating. Through sweat, the body removes the toxins out of our body. A lot of times however, these become a source of bad smell. Why does the seat of some people smell more? There are glands in our body which are responsible for the sweating. They can be classified in two β Apocrine and Eccrine glands.
Apocrine gland β It is the more active gland which is present in the under-arms and stomach region and the area surrounding these.
Eccrine β This produces a kind of chemical that attracts and breeds smelly microbes. This chemical increases the bad smell.
Body odour makes a person less confident and makes people conscious about being around others.
- Bathe regularly.
- Often people wear the same clothes again and again without washing them.
- Do not wear clothes that are too tight.
- Wear clothes made of cotton that soak the sweat.
- Use aromatic oil or any other aromatic product while bathing.
- Use perfumed tissue paper to wipe off sweat when going out.
- Use a mild perfume or deodorant regularly.
- Do not eat too much spice, fish, onion and garlic a lot. Even when eating out.
- Put lime in the water you have a bath with.
- Soak some rose petals in water before having a bath with it.
